3Kicks Fine Art Studio was founded by Charles Hu and Amy Yung in 2007 and has already solidified it's reputation as an Art Studio which offers the artistic atmosphere necessary for artists and instructors to grow and facilitate each others artistic growth.

Our goal with 3Kicks is to offer fundamental art education to students of all persuasions for their art.  We stand by the belief that every artistic endeavors success is dependent upon the foundation in the fundamentals of the artist. 

3Kicks is not your traditional representational “Art School” we are an art studio which focuses strictly on preparation.  3Kicks is here to prepare you for whatever it is you want for your art career.  If you are looking to further your art education we are here to help you prepare your portfolio.  If you are looking to work in the entertainment field we are here to help you develop the strongest foundation to build upon.  If you are looking to learn strictly for skills sake we are here to develop and sharpen those skills.   

At 3Kicks we are shying away from the idea of strictly offering you traditional representational education.  Though we are deeply rooted in historical foundations, we are a contemporary Art studio looking to offer you new paths and theories for raising your artistic maturity.  We are looking to offer you with practical and useful skills that directly relate to emerging into your artistic career with the skill necessary to get work as an artist.  We are a career driven educational facility.  We measure our success upon the success of our students and not quarterly statements…

3Kicks offers ten-week courses rooted in fundamentals which meet once a week four quarters a year as well as specialized short workshops, with leading artists in their particular field, which focus on specific concepts or skills. 

So, if you are looking for an atmosphere that fosters your artistic growth and offers you solid foundational studies, then 3Kicks is the place for you to start your Artistic career!
